Rusty & Vanessa's Winter Engagement Session | Mill No. 5 Lowell, MA

There must have been some kind of weather phenomenon this past winter, because it felt like the coldest. winter. ever. High temperatures in the teens paired with Arctic strength winds kept us from shooting an outdoor session in some freshly fallen snow, but Rusty & Vanessa are always up for an adventure and love to be spontaneous! So, when I suggested we work at the Mill No. 5 in Lowell, they happily obliged even though they knew nothing of the location. One reason I love to work with my couples for their engagement session is that it really gives me a great idea of who they are and how they may handle the curveballs that could pop up on their wedding day. Rusty & Vanessa are so in love & ecstatic to be together after he spent a semester away at school, I think we could have been in those arctic winds and they still would have looked just as wonderful! We ended their snuggle filled session with some amazing treats at Coffee and Cotton, I could have sat in that dreamy light all day long!
